Now Hiring 1 F/T Retail Store Supervisor position

 

Business Name: 1116087 B.C. LTD. dba Hannam Supermarket Langley

Business Address: 6350 196 St. Langley, BC, V2Y 1J2 (work location)

Wage: $22.60 per hour

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Working Duration: Full-time / Permanent                                                                    

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation OR 4% vacation pay + Extended Medical Insurance after 6 months of employment

 

Available Position(s): 1 position

 

Your job duties will be:

– Supervise retail staffs, among which include people working on the floor, and the cashiers.

– Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand.

– Train and arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor on performance. 

– Resolve issues including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.

– Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness.

– Organize and distribute staff schedules.

– Ensure promotions are accurate.

– Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed.


Requirements:

– Completion of Secondary School

– Several years’ retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier is required.
– English
